Nature of the data
PodIntel is a research platform. Every classification is a research signal derived from public podcast metadata and audio transcripts. Every result carries evidence, a confidence score, and the extraction model used.
PodIntel does not perform fact-checking, compliance monitoring, brand-safety analysis, ROI attribution, or speaker-credential verification. Do not rely on PodIntel for outcomes it does not provide.
Pilots
The first three pilots are free for 30 days. Access ends automatically at day 30. There is no automatic renewal. To continue after day 30, convert to the ongoing plan or request an explicit renewal.
Ongoing plan (starting pilot four): $99/month. 14-day full refund from the first paid day; pro-rated refund after.
API rate limits during pilots: 30 requests per minute, 1,000 per day, 10,000 per month per API key.
Acceptable use
You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, share API keys across organizations, republish the corpus as your own, or use PodIntel to defame, harass, or discriminate against podcasters, brands, or hosts.
We reserve the right to revoke an API key without notice if we detect abuse.
Warranty and liability
PodIntel is provided "as is" during the pilot phase. We make no revenue, sales, or accuracy guarantees. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, during the free pilot, is zero).
Termination
You may terminate at any time by emailing admin@podintelresearch.com. We may terminate for policy violations, non-payment, or if we discontinue the product; in the latter case we provide 30 days' notice and a pro-rated refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
