What this covers

This notice applies to podintelresearch.com and the PodIntel dashboard and API (dash.podintelresearch.com, api.podintelresearch.com).

What we collect

Public site. Standard web-server request logs (IP, user agent, path, timestamp). No cookies, no third-party analytics scripts, no tracking pixels.

Pilot requests you send us. Your name, email, company, role, and the pilot-request text you provide. We use this only to reply to your request and to size the pilot. We do not sell or share this information.

Dashboard and API. If you have an issued API key, we log your key identifier, the endpoints you call, the timestamps, and the response status. We use this for rate-limit enforcement, billing (once billing exists), and error-diagnosis only.

What we do not do

We do not fingerprint browsers, run behavioral analytics, or embed third-party trackers.

We do not scrape LinkedIn, Apollo, or other third-party contact databases to enrich the accounts of people who contact us. If you reach out, that's the only reason we know who you are.

We do not send marketing email to pilot requesters unless they explicitly opt in.

Retention

Web logs are retained for 30 days for operational and security investigation, then rotated.

Pilot-request emails are retained for 12 months so we can honor renewal or refund requests.

API usage records are retained for 12 months for billing dispute resolution.

Your rights

To request deletion of your data, email admin@podintelresearch.com. We respond within 30 days.

Data location and processors

Web hosting: Render (Oregon, US). DNS and edge: Cloudflare. Email routing: Porkbun forwarding to Gmail. Payment processing (when introduced): to be disclosed at that time.

We do not currently move personal data outside the United States.

Changes

Material changes to this notice will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. If you have an active pilot at the time of a material change, we'll notify the pilot contact by email.
